Matthew Ward Landscapes

Matthew Ward Landscapes has completed two separate projects for us recently, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The first project included installing the river rock around our new pool and completing the drainage system beneath our deck with underground piping. The second project addressed a drainage issue on the opposite side of our home where water was collecting near our crawlspace access. After another company installed new gutters, Matthew Ward Landscapes designed and installed a ground drain that tied into the gutter system and ran underground piping to safely carry the water away from our foundation and discharge it near the driveway. The difference has been incredible. What really sets this company apart is their communication and professionalism. Troy, their on-site sales representative, was outstanding from start to finish. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process, showed up for the initial consultation and measurements, and was also the first person on-site for both projects. Before any work began, he walked me through exactly what to expect, explained how everything would be completed, and made sure I understood what the finished product would lo

I recently purchased a new home in Summerville and went to visit a few nurseries and found the Matthew Ward nursery to be very professional and so I decided to hire them to landscape my new home. I never do reviews, but my experience was so positive with the company that I had to mention how happy I am with their work. I met with Elizabeth who did my design and she works well with her customers to make sure that you are happy and that you are working with her to get what look you are striving for . The workers who came out to do the work were very professional, and the company backs up all their landscaping. I would highly recommend this company.

Great experience! We wanted to re-landscape our yard, add hardscaping, irrigation and lighting. Did our research on several landscaping companies, deciding on MW and so happy we did! Troy listened to our"wants" and put together a beautiful plan for our yard, with Eric stepping in to help us pick the perfect palm trees. The installation crew was knowledgeable and professional with Micah and Bryce checking in throughout the project. Couldn't be more thrilled with the results and receiving lots of compliments on the transformation! Would recommend MW to anyone looking for a landscape company that delivers exceptional quality and service.

Nearly a year ago, Adam from Matthew Ward created this beautiful landscape design in my ugly, tilted backyard. He and his crew did a great job. Fast forward, my palm trees were looking sad because I think I messed up my RainBird settings that interfered with the drip irrigation that was put in. I called today and Adam came out, checked my system, reset my RainBird, trimmed some dead palm fronds and I'm back to paradise. I have recommended MWL to all my neighbors who love my backyard patio. Today was an affirmation of my good choice - beautiful design, great service, and so friendly and helpful. Thanks, Adam for coming to my rescue today.
